Axtra Future City Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“AXTRART”)

was established from the conversion of the Lotus’s Retail Growth Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (“LPF”) on 26 November 2024, AXTRART transferred assets from LPF consisting of 23 Lotus's shopping malls nationwide, targeting high-potential areas covering both Bangkok and upcountry locations, including tourist destinations and city centers. AXTRART was listed and began trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the first time on 12 December 2024, with a total of 2,337,282,928 trust units.
